Believers Church Udaipur Diocese installed a new bore well in a village on the 25th of June.
The main occupation of the people living in this village is farming. There was no good water resource in the village, so they struggled to get sufficient water for their daily use. Since the villagers are poor, they could not afford a new water facility for themselves. They had to walk four kilometres just to get a bucket of water.
Realizing the need for a new water source, Believers Church installed a new bore well. Now all the people of the community are able to fetch sufficient water from the well for their daily use such as drinking, cooking, cleaning, etc. The problem of water scarcity has been solved and all the people living in this village are very happy.
One hundred people draw water from the well on a day-to-day basis. Believers Church supplies safe water to hundreds of communities each year through bore wells and BioSand water filters.
