In an effort to to help needy families that have been temporarily displaced from their homes and left in dire straits following floods, Believers Church Diocese of Dehradun held a relief supply distribution in the district of Pauri Garhwal in Uttarakhand on 24th August 2017.

The diocese distributed dry rations to nine of these affected families whose children are enrolled in a Bridge of Hope center run by Believers Church. Each family was provided with 25 kg rice, 9 kg dal, 4 ltr oil, 2 kg spices, 25 kg flour, 2 kg sugar, 2 kg salt, 3 pkt matchbox , 1 pkt candle, 2 pkt tea powder and one mat.
