Dr K.P. Yohannan Metropolitan Visits Relief Camps; 500 Families Provided with Essential Items

As relentless rains continue to batter Kerala, situation turns desperate for millions. More than 300,000 people have taken shelter in relief camps across the state where they are in need of food, water, medicines and essential items.

Believers Eastern Church is doing all it can to render help to the affected and cater to their most essential needs.

Dr K.P. Yohannan Metropolitan, along with a relief team from Believers Eastern Church Diocese of Niranam visited two relief camps on 17 August 2018, where he met with and comforted flood victims and prayed for many. They were able to provide them with much needed supplies such as clothes, towels, bedsheets, mats, buckets, toothpaste, toothbrush, soap and sanitary napkins, which will help meet the immediate needs of around 500 families.
