Diocese of Vizag Distributes Relief Supplies to 500 Cyclone Hudhud Victims

On 22nd October 2014, Believers Church Diocese of Vizag distributed vital relief supplies to 500 families struggling in the aftermath of Cyclone Hudhud. Each family received a relief kit containing 10 kg rice, 1 kg dhal, 1 litre cooking oil, 100 gm chilli powder, 100 gm coriander powder, 100 gm turmeric powder and I kg salt.

Mr. Vasupalli Ganesh Kumar (MLA) inaugurated the distribution program and he appreciated the church for taking such an effort to help these people during their time of difficulty.

“We were hungry, but we don’t have money to buy anything,” said one beneficiary. “Thank you so much for seeing our need and providing us sufficient supplies”
