Diocese of Siliguri Dedicates New Well to Protect Villagers from Animal Attacks

Believers Church Diocese of Siliguri inaugurated and dedicated a well and water tanks in four villages in the month of January 2015.

One of these villages is located near a forest. Previously, they did not have a water source in their village. So, they used to go and collect water from the river that flows through the forest. This was not safe and many times,  people were attacked by wild animals. So the church dug a well to provide them access to safe and pure drinking water in their own village.

They are so happy and excited for this new source of water. And they thanked the church as they no longer have to go to the forest and be scared of animal attacks to fetch some water.
