Diocese of Ranchi Installs New Bore Well to Solve Water Crisis in a Village

Believers Church Diocese of Ranchi dedicated a new bore well on 25th July 2015.

This bore well was installed in a remote village. There is a pond from which they previously used to fetch water for their needs. It will dry up during summer and those times, they had to go to other villages to collect water. This was really difficult for them as they had to walk over one kilometer each way whenever they needed water.

But now, they have plenty of pure drinking water readily available in their village. They no longer have to worry about fetching water during summer.

This just an example of how the church is improving the quality of life of people living in remote areas through its Clean Water Project.
