Diocese of Patna Distributes 1,000 Mosquito Nets on World Mosquito Day

To mark the occasion of World Mosquito Day, Believers Church Diocese of Patna organized a mosquito net distribution program in a village on 20th August 2016. With the aim to reduce the incidence of mosquito-borne diseases in people, the diocese distributed bed nets to poor and needy people on this occasion.

While addressing the audience, the chief guest of the program stressed on the need of keeping one’s surroundings neat and clean. He also spoke about the dangers of diseases spread by mosquitoes and the benefits of sleeping under mosquito nets to combat mosquito menace.

That day the diocese distributed mosquito nets to 1,000 underprivileged people.
