Diocese of Purulia Holds Children’s Day Camp

Believers Eastern Church Diocese of Purulia held a children’s day camp on June 15, 2023. The camp was attended by more than 50 kids.

Led by a dedicated Sunday School team from St. Paul’s Believers Eastern Church, the children immersed themselves in action songs and games that filled the air with laughter and delight.

The youth and Sunday school in-charge of the diocese shared a valuable lesson on the power of prayer. Recalling the story of blind Bartimaeus, who fervently called upon Jesus in Mark 10:46–52, he emphasized the significance of seeking God’s guidance during challenging times.

With open hearts and eager minds, the children absorbed this wisdom, understanding that prayer is our lifeline in difficult situations. They discovered the assurance that God lovingly attends to our needs when we turn to Him in faith.

Grateful hearts overflowed as the camp concluded, with every child expressing sincere appreciation to the church for organizing this incredible program.
