Diocese of Lucknow Inducts Ten Sisters into the Order of the Sisters of the Cross

The Believers Eastern Church Diocese of Lucknow joyfully conducted the commissioning and dedication service for the new batch of the Sisters of the Cross this month. H.H. John Mor Irenaeus Episcopa officiated both services and officially inducted ten sisters into the Order of the Sisters of the Cross.

During the solemn ceremony, H.H. John Mor Irenaeus delivered an encouraging message, emphasizing that God is the one sending us to serve His people. His words inspired the newly commissioned sisters as they took their vows to serve God and the church faithfully.

Each sister was presented with a cross, symbolizing their commitment to their sacred duties. The dedication and commissioning service was a profound moment for all those present, highlighting the sisters’ devotion to their calling.

One of the newly dedicated sisters, Sis. Sunita, expressed her joy and gratitude, saying, “I am very happy and thankful to the Lord for helping me complete my training successfully and granting me the huge privilege to serve Him. As I begin my journey of service, my desire is to serve among poor and orphaned children.”
