Believers Eastern Church Diocese of Dhaka inaugurated yet another Hope for Children centre in Dinajpur District, Bangladesh, in August. The centre’s primary objective is to provide quality education to disadvantaged children in the region.
The inauguration event was attended by approximately 200 people. Amidst an air of excitement and anticipation, the Vicar General of the Dhaka Diocese performed the official ribbon-cutting ceremony, symbolising the beginning of a transformative journey.
Despite geographical boundaries, the Archbishop of Kolkata Archdiocese lent his support to the initiative, participating virtually in the event. He shared about the objectives of the Hope for Children programme and offered a special prayer for the centre’s success, emphasising the vital importance of accessible education for every child.
