Diocese of Amritsar Holds Free Eye Check-up Camp

Many people in remote areas continue to suffer from various eye ailments due to a lack of access to health institutions for regular eye check-ups. In an initiative to help such people, Believers Eastern Church Diocese of Amritsar conducted a free eye check-up camp on 9 October 2022.

In the camp, ophthalmologists and eye specialists examined around 150 people with state of art equipment. The team provided medicines free of cost to the people and recommended higher referral for a few among the beneficiaries.
