Diocese of Nagpur Inaugurates New Tailoring Unit to Empower Women

Believers Church Diocese of Nagpur inaugurated a new tailoring unit on 16th October 2014.

The main purpose of starting this new center is to give the women in the local community an opportunity to learn and improve their own vocational skills to make an income.

Mr. Dinesh Khandekar (A Press reporter) was the chief guest and he inaugurated the unit. 25 women have joined for the classes and they are all thankful for the opportunity they have been given.

The church empowers women in the society through adult literacy and vocational training programs throughout all its dioceses.
