Diocese of Mumbai Distributes Blankets in a Slum

On 5th March 2014, the Diocese of Mumbai held a blanket distribution program in a slum. More than 50 slum dwellers received blankets to beat the winter chill.

A local political leader, Mr. Maheshdada Benjamin, was the chief guest of the program and he distributed blankets among the people. He appreciated the work of the church among poor and needy in the society.

This program was one of many this winter where Believers Church provided blankets to those in need.
