Diocese of Lucknow Reaches Out to the Needy

As churches around the world observe the season of Lent with prayer, fasting and almsgiving, Believers Eastern Church Diocese of Lucknow used the opportunity to reach out to the needy on 19 March 2019.

The church distributed sarees to widows and walkers to five physically challenged persons, on the occasion. Food items were also provided to all the beneficiaries.

Neta, whose both legs are paralyzed, said, “This is the first walker I have ever received. Thank you so much”.
