Diocese of Lucknow Reaches Out to Deprived Widows on International Women’s Day
March 8, 2016Believers Church Diocese of Lucknow celebrated International Women’s Day with poor and needy widows on 8th March 2016.
A team of Women’s Fellowship members organized the program. And 40 widows were gifted with a new saree and served hot food.
“I will never forget the love and care you have shown to me,” said Manju, one widow. “I am also thankful to you for providing me a tasty meal and a new saree.”
Believers Church impacted the lives of thousands people on the occasion of International Women’s Day through organizing community development, compassion and social welfare programs.
