Diocese of Lucknow Inaugurates the 50th Bridge of Hope Center in Uttar Pradesh

The Diocese of Lucknow inaugurated a new Bridge of Hope center on 29th June 2014. This center is the 50th Bridge of Hope center in the state of Uttar Pradesh. More than 400 people attended the program.

Bishop Dr. Simon John inaugurated the program by lighting a lamp. In his inaugural speech, the bishop spoke about the significance of Bridge of Hope and encouraged the children to achieve higher goals in life. He challenged the children to be the future icons of the nation.

Dr. Rajpal Kashyap (President of Samajwadi Party Youth Wing) expressed his gratitude to Metropolitan Dr. K.P Yohannan for providing such an opportunity to impoverished children.

Bridge of Hope works among thousands of poor and needy children to bring hope in their lives.
