Diocese of Kolkata Observes Global Handwashing Day
October 15, 2014Believers Church Diocese of Kolkata organized a Global Handwashing Day program in a community on 15th October 2014.
The main purpose of conducting this program was to educate the community members on the importance of washing hands to maintain good health. Sunday School students from a local parish taught the community members how to wash hands.
50 people learned how to wash hands through this program and they thanked the church for making them aware of washing hands every day.
Believers Church educates thousands of communities about preventative health related topics like hand washing, substance abuse and health care to improve quality of life.
