Diocese of Kolkata Inaugurates New Healthcare Clinic on Founder’s Day

Believers Church Diocese of Kolkata inaugurated a new Healthcare Clinic for poor and needy people in a place on Founder’s Day, 8th March 2016.

People who live in the locality of this new clinic don’t have access to good healthcare services and are unable to afford the travel to other places. Instead, they normally take medicines and other treatments from medical shops without a doctor’s advice and this often leads to many other illnesses as a side effect of it.

By seeing their poor health conditions and the need for accessible healthcare services, the church decided to open this clinic. Bishop Dr. Juria Bardhan inaugurated the clinic and dedicated for the people.

Presently, one doctor is appointed to provide medical care. In the days to come, people in this locality will be able to access quality healthcare services.
