Diocese of Kolkata Distributes Blankets and Brings Warmth to 100 Poor Families in Need

In an effort to help poor families have basic necessities to stay warm in winter, Believers Eastern Church Diocese of Kolkata organized a blanket distribution program on 3rd November 2017.

Bishop Jeba Singh and Smt. Mamata Sen Roy (ward councilor), the chief guests of the program, handed out the blankets to 100 poor families on the occasion.

The beneficiaries were happy and they were touched by the philanthropic work carried out by the church. Mrs. Mamata Sen Roy, the chief guest also applauded the church for the noble initiative.
