Diocese of Gujarat Feeds 1,000 Hungry People on International Women’s Day
March 8, 2016A team of Women’s Fellowship members in Believers Church Diocese of Gujarat provided food to hungry people on International Women’s Day, 8th March 2016.
They visited an orphanage, a hospital, streets and slums and distributed food packets among the poor and needy orphans, patients, beggars and slum children.
1,000 people received food through this program. “Thank you for visiting us and for providing us these food packets,” said one orphan girl. “When I grow up, I will also do such things for those children, who do not have anyone just like me.”
Believers Church utilized the occasion of International Women’s Day and Founder’s Day to feed the hungry and to help the people in crisis.
