Believers Church Diocese of Gorakhpur flagged off two trucks containing relief supplies for Nepal earthquake victims on 29th April 2015.
The trucks were filled with 2,000 water packets, 3,000 kg rice, 2,000 kg atta, 1,000 kg dal, 1,000 kg beaten rice, 2,000 packet fruit jam, 100 packet salt, 2,000 packet biscuits and 600 blankets. In the coming days, one truck will go to Sindhupalchok District, which is where the epicentre of the earthquake was. The second truck will go to Kathmandu. The supplies will be distributed to the mostly affected and needy individuals in the affected areas.
