Diocese of Chennai Distributes Vitamin A Tablets to Control Blindness

On 16th February 2015, Believers Church Diocese of Chennai distributed deworming and Vitamin A tablets to children and community members through Bridge of Hope.

The distributions were held in schools and in fisherman communities. Apart from the distributions, they were also given an awareness class also on malnutrition and vitamin deficiency problems and its solutions.

And over 3,300 children and  community members attended these programs and received tablets freely.

The church organized similar programs throughout all its dioceses to prevent blindness and vitamin deficiency problems.
