Diocese of Chandigarh Undertakes Clean-Up Drive to Celebrate Gandhi Jayanti

On 2nd October 2016, Believers Church Diocese of Chandigarh undertook a mass cleanliness drive to mark the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.

This drive initiated by Women’s Fellowship teams was organized in various locations. Believers Church members joined hands in contributing towards the clean-up drive. They cleaned their respective surroundings, main roads of the villages, playgrounds, and other public areas.

The public was appreciative of the efforts made by the church. The head of a village even remarked that the clean-up drive was so inspiring that the people of his village have now taken the decision to keep the roads and drains in front of their houses neat and clean.
