Diocese of Chandigarh Distributes Ration Kits, Mosquito Nets and Blankets to Jammu and Kashmir Flood Victims

Believers Church Diocese of Chandigarh distributed ration kits, mosquito nets and blankets to 700 flood affected victims in Jammu and Kashmir on 28th September 2014.

The distribution was held in a remote village. Even though the water level has receded, the people there are still suffering from hunger, thirst, winter chill and diseases. Seeing their need, the church distributed these items to provide them some food and warm clothes.

All the beneficiaries thanked the church for seeing their struggles and helping them in their time of great need.
