Diocese of Birtamod Dedicates New Bore Wells in 15 Water Scarce Villages

In the months of May and June 2015, Believers Church Diocese of Birtamod installed and dedicated new bore wells, wells and water tanks in 15 different villages facing water scarcity.

In some of the villages, people used to walk kilometers back and forth to fetch water as they did not have any water sources available in their village. The women and girl children had to spent most of their time and energy in fetching enough water for their needs. So, they got very little time to do other stuffs. Realizing their struggle, the church decided to make their life little more easier by easy access to water.

Now, they have access to fresh and pure drinking water all the time and can save their time for other needs. They all are thankful to the church for seeing their need and for providing them with it.

This just an example of how the church is solving the struggles of people living in poverty through its Clean Water Project.
