Diocese of Bilaspur Provides Pure Drinking Water for Villagers in Need

The Diocese of Bilaspur installed a bore well for villagers facing water crisis on 10th July 2014. More than 50 people attended the function.

For a long time the villagers depended on the nearby open pond for their water needs. In summer this pond would dry up and at that time they would have to walk kilometers to get water. Through a local pastor, the church came to know about the water crisis of the village and decided to install a bore well.

Many remote villages get access to pure drinking water through the clean water project.
