Diocese of Bilaspur Helps 70 Women to Become Self-Reliant on International Women’s Day

On the occasion of Founder’s Day and International Women’s Day, Believers Church Diocese of Bilaspur organized a community development program and helped 70 poor and needy women through it.

All of them are coming from financially poor families. So, the church organized this program to empower them and to make them capable of supporting their family’s needs.

Each woman was gifted with a sewing machine. “I am so much thankful to the church and the leaders for gifting me a sewing machine,” said Girija Bai. “From now onwards, I will be able to help my family financially.”

Believers Church observed Founder’s Day and International Women’s Day meaningfully by feeding the hungry and helping the destitute through community development programs and compassion services.
