Diocese of Bilaspur Distributes School Supplies to Needy Children

Paying for school supplies is a luxury that many low- income families cannot afford and their children are left with no choice but to pursue their education without the most basic school essentials.

Each year, Believers Eastern Church provides children from financially disadvantaged families with necessary supplies to help them succeed in school. In continuation of these efforts, Believers Eastern Church Diocese of Bilaspur organized a school supply distribution program through Hope for Children on 17 November 2021.

The diocese provided school supplies such as notebooks, pencils, eraser, sharpener, pen, colour pencils, geometry box, and exam pad to more than 70 children during the program.
