On Gandhi Jayanthi, Believers Church Diocese of Bilaspur joined the National Cleanliness Drive initiated by our honorable Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi by organizing social work in a railway station.
They started the program with a rally, challenging the public to take part in the cleanliness drive. Then, they cleaned the railway station and its premises by cleaning the drainage and cutting down the bushes and grasses. Seeing their efforts, the railway staffs and trainees also joined them in cleaning.
Altogether 250 people took part in the activities and their active participation made the program a great success. “Thank you so much for taking an initiative to clean our campus,” said Rashika Singh, the Principal of Railway Train Driver Trainees. “You taught us the importance of keeping our campus clean.”
Believers Church always involved in raising awareness about the importance of maintaining cleanliness and achieving good health through it.
