Diocese of Agartala Distributes 2,000 Mosquito Nets to Prevent Malaria

Believers Church Diocese of Agartala distributed 2,000 mosquito nets in remote villages between 12th and 13th of December 2014.

Malaria is very common in these villages and over 200 people have lost their lives due to this disease. So, these distributions were held in order to provide the villagers protection from mosquito bites.

“I was unable to afford a mosquito net even though I needed one,” said Shati Mohan. “Thank you so much for providing me with a mosquito net.”

The church improves the quality of life and health of people through organizing various distribution programs like this.
