Delhi Diocese Develops Health Trainers

Believers Church Delhi Diocese organized a three-day healthcare seminar from 25th-27th April 2013. Nine women from various local churches in the diocese participated.

The purpose of the event was to build quality trainers who will create health awareness in their own localities. Julee (Women’s Fellowship) and Rossama (general nurse) taught sessions about basic health and hygiene. After each teaching session there was a time for the women to demonstrate the lesson material through skits.

The women were very happy to learn how to care for their own health and that of others.

This program was part of Believers Church’s initiative to make vital health information available to thousands of communities.
