Believers Church Agartala Diocese inaugurated a well in an impoverished village on 25th March 2013. Local people were living hand to mouth, eating herbs and roots in order to survive. Children were dying each year because of waterborne diseases like diarrhea.
Believers Church responded to the struggle of this community by drilling a well. The new well provides clean water for more than 500 people, freeing them from the fear of waterborne illness.
This is just one of thousands of communities where Believers Church has improved the standard of living through various development projects.
