Chandigarh Diocese Partners with CMC to Hold Blood Donation Camp

Believers Church Chandigarh Diocese organized a Blood Donation Camp on 27th November 2013 at its Minor Seminary campus. A medical team under the leadership of Dr. Victor Masih, Christian Medical College (CMC), Ludhiana, came to collect the blood.

Sixty units of blood were donated to the CMC blood bank, which will help sixty poor and needy people. Moreover, the program helped raise awareness among the general public about voluntary blood donation.

“If through my blood a person’s life is saved,” said a blood donor named Dheeraj, “I am glad. Thanks to Believers Church Chandigarh Diocese who organized this camp and to CMC.”
