Chandigarh Diocese holds VBS 2013 Teachers’ Training Program

Vacation Bible School 2013 Teachers’ Training Programs were held by Believers Church Chandigarh Diocese in May 2013 in many districts of Punjab.

Despite the severe heat, many gathered for the programs. Altogether 365 Sunday school teachers were motivated and challenged to work among children. Sis. Jaswinder and Sis. Rimple were the resource persons who went to each place and trained the teachers. In each program there were three sessions.

The first session concentrated on how Vacation Bible School needs to be conducted and the second on how these need to be applied. In the third session action songs, games and skits were taught. All the teachers were eager to learn and enjoyed the sessions.

Believers Church is nurturing and teaching children through a number of means, including VBS and Sunday school.
