Bridge of Hope Centers in Nellore Celebrate Independence Day

Believers Church Nellore Diocese celebrated Independence Day in its Bridge of Hope centers on the 15th of August.

In one of its centers, Mr. K. Vasanthaiah (Mandal Telugudesam Party Leader) was invited as the chief guest. In the morning there was flag hoisting followed by a cultural program in the evening. More than 120 parents and 140 Bridge of Hope students attended.

In his speech during the cultural program, Mr. Vasanthaiah said, “Cultural day is an encouragement to our students and about recollecting our values.” The program ended with the distribution of school bags to students by Rev. Fr. Abraham.

Believers Church celebrates national holidays like Independence Day to enable students to understand the importance of culture and unity in diversity.
