Brick Kiln Workers Helped With Mosquito Nets

In observance of International Labor Day, Believers Eastern Church Diocese of Chandigarh distributed mosquito nets to brick kiln workers on 1 May 2022.

A majority of them are migrant laborers who have come from different states to earn their livelihoods by working in brick-kilns, braving the scorching heat.

A total of 30 families were helped with the mosquito nets. They extended their gratitude to the church for reaching out to them with help.

One of the workers said, “Tonight we will sleep peacefully because of the mosquito nets.”
