Bishop Dr. Juria Bardhan Distributes Mosquito Nets and Blankets During Pre-Christmas Program
December 20, 2014Bishop Dr. Juria Bardhan distributed mosquito nets and blankets to 40 families on 20th December 2014. It was during the pre-Christmas celebration program organized by Believers Church Diocese of Kolkata.
Mr. Dwijen Mukhopadhyay (Singer and Music Director, India) and Mr. Ranajit Das (Counselor) were also present during the function, during which over 4,000 people gathered together.
Events like this are an example of how the church utilizes special occasions to reach out to the poor and needy with compassion and help.
