Bilaspur Diocese Observes World No Tobacco Day

Believers Church Bilaspur Diocese observed World No Tobacco Day on 31st May 2014. More than 2,000 people were educated about the health hazards of tobacco.

A team of Believers Church members went to a market and distributed a pamphlet called “Babuji Ab Na Pina” (Daddy, Please Don’t Drink). They talked to the people about the side effects of alcohol consumption, smoking and chewing tobacco.

Believers Church educates communities about a variety of social issues like tobacco, HIV/AIDS and health and hygiene.
