Bilaspur Diocese Holds Training for Literacy Teachers

Believers Church Bilaspur Diocese held a training program for local literacy teachers in September and October 2013 in various districts of Chhattisgarh. Seventy-one teachers received further training on how to teach from the Hindi literacy book Sakhsharta published by Believers Church Women’s Fellowship.

“I feel proud when I teach and help my village illiterate women,” said a teacher named Sarita.

Believers Church equips church members throughout its dioceses to teach their communities about subjects like health and literacy.
