Believers Youth Cleans Up a Government School on International Youth Day

On 12 August 2021, on the occasion of International Youth Day, Believers Youth team from Believers Eastern Church Mission Province of Purnia carried out sanitation work at a government high school.

Due to Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown, the school had been closed for more than a year. As the Coronavirus cases went down, it was reopened recently. But the classrooms and the school surroundings were so dirty and dusty that it needed a thorough cleaning. Knowing the need, the Believers Youth decided to clean both the inside and outside areas of the school. Around 25 youth were part of the cleanup program.

The school headmaster and teachers expressed their gratitude to the youth for the noble initiative and encouraged them to continue serving the society.
