Believers Eastern Church’s General Synod Begins

The General Synod of Believers Eastern Church began on 10 February 2023. Moran Mor Athanasius Yohan I Metropolitan inaugurated the General Synod at the Synod Secretariat.

While inaugurating the meeting, Athanasius Yohan I Metropolitan said, “Dedication and a sacrificial life should become an indispensable part of the priesthood”.

The week-long meet is being attended by more than 300 leaders including episcopas of all the dioceses, vicar generals, and leaders of the various orders and ministries of the church.
