Believers Eastern Church Parishes Across the Globe Celebrate Palm Sunday

Believers Eastern Church faithful joined the rest of the world in celebrating Palm Sunday on 2 April 2023. Special prayers and processions with the blessed palm leaves were held across all the parishes to commemorate Christ’s triumphant entry into Jerusalem, when palm branches were placed in His path.

Palm Sunday marks the beginning of Holy Week, during which the Church commemorates the Passion and Death of Jesus, culminating in the celebration of His Resurrection on Easter Sunday.
