Believers Church Theological Seminary began the 2013-2014 academic year this week, with classes commencing on 2nd July. The student body totals 430 students from across India and neighboring nations, the largest number in several years.
The incoming batch of students are eager to learn and enjoyed the beauty of the campus.
Many returning students recently completed summer internships in various dioceses of Believers Church, gaining an increased passion for growth and service.
“It was so pathetic to see their condition,” said Usha, speaking of slum-dwellers she met in Mumbai Diocese during her internship. She expressed her desire to serve among street children after her graduation next year. At the same time, she is happy to return to BCTS. “We will grow more spiritually here,” she said.
Believers Church is committed to molding young people intellectually and spiritually for a lifetime of effective service.
