Despite the difficulties, Believers Church was able to provide them with relief aid. They provided 75 blankets, 72 tarpaulins, 100 pieces of bathing soap and 144 packets of noodles to the villagers. The materials were dropped through helicopter since the nearest road, which was three and half days walk away from the village was destroyed.
