Believers Church Distributes 650 Blankets to Victims of Communal Violence

On 19th December, Believers Church Lucknow Diocese distributed 650 blankets to victims of deadly communal violence in Uttar Pradesh. The victims are staying in crowded refugee camps with little shelter or warmth.

The particular camp that Believers Church visited currently houses more than 5,000 people. During the night, cold dew seeps through makeshift shelters and everything becomes wet. Eleven children here have died from exposure to the cold.

Hearing of this crisis, Believers Church provided blankets to the refugees, hoping to save lives as the winter season continues. Families eagerly received the blankets.
