Believers Church Changlang Distributes Blankets

Believers Church Changlang distributed 500 blankets among poor and needy people in the month of February 2014. The weather in northern region is very cold and people always cover themselves with warm dresses. The poor people don’t have many options, so they use whatever is available to them.

Blanket distribution is one way to help people to beat chilly weather. The recipients were very happy and appreciated the initiative.

The chief guest at one distribution, Mr. Anen Pangge (Advisor of All Mising Students Union), said, “We have seen many religious organisations, but Believers Church is different from all. She has her uniqueness in helping the poor and needy people in the community. I am deeply touched by the love that Believers Church has shown to the people through providing gifts and various activities for the needy sections of the community.”

Many communities have received protection from the harsh cold through Believers Church’s blanket distribution programs.
