Believers Church Changlang Distributes BioSand Water Filters to Community

Believers Church Changlang distributed 23 BioSand water filters to a community on 29th November. Amrit (BioSand department) explained how the filters worked.

Mon Limbu (village leader) said, “In our village, people do not know of drinking filtered water; I am very glad to see you come to our village to help our people understand the importance of drinking purified water and providing filters to poor people.”

The people in this village had been suffering from illnesses due to the impure water they drank, but they didn’t know the reason. Through Believers Church, they are now aware of the dangers of impure water and have what they need to get pure water to drink.

Believers Church distributes thousands of BioSand water filters to those lacking access to safe water.
