Today is a day of great celebration for our beloved nation India, the day we celebrate the most significant milestone in the country’s history. Thousands laid down their lives so that our country can celebrate this day. Let us never forget their sacrifices.

We as Believers Eastern Church, all our Episcopas, and the faithful join with all people regardless of caste, creed and religion and say may God bless India, may God bless our President, our Prime Minister, and all the individuals that God has placed to guide us and rule over us. I rejoice with you and give thanks to Almighty God for our nation. May God grant to us peace and true freedom within and without and prosperity for our nation. God bless India, God bless the future of our nation!
