88 Families Helped with Income-Generating Gifts in Dimapur

On 20th December 2014, Believers Church Dimapur distributed income-generating gifts which will be used by poor families to earn an income. They distributed 48 sewing machines, 22 bicycles and 54 tin sheet bundles to different families.

Mr. Joel Nillo Kath and Mr. Liyambo Kath (DSP) were the chief guests and they distributed gifts to all beneficiaries.

“I am so thankful towards the church for gifting me a bicycle,” said Sekemo Dhono, a beneficiary. “Now, I can sell vegetables using this cycle and make an income.”

Through its Poverty Alleviation Project, Believers Church helps thousands of people each year to break the cycle of poverty.
