80 Women Receive Sewing Machines in Diocese of Bengaluru

Believers Church Diocese of Bengaluru conducted a community development program on 20th December 2014.

Mrs. Trecy Fernandez (Deputy Sarpanch) inaugurated the program and distributed sewing machines to each woman. She appreciated the church for all the initiatives taken to empower the unprivileged and neglected women in the society.

80 women received sewing machines that day. Now, these new gifts will help them to earn an income and bring them out of poverty.

Through gift distribution programs like this, the church empowers the needy and downtrodden to become self-supporting.
